Delete your GroomMates account

The fastest way is the in-app flow, which works the same on iOS and Android:

• Open GroomMates and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
• If you are a pro or supplier with an open booking, order or pending payout, the app will ask you to close those first.

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@groommates.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

• Your login and authentication record.
• Your profile: name, photo, phone number, email, addresses, birthdate, trusted contacts and notification preferences.
• Saved payment methods (removed from our payment processor, Stripe), favorites, search history and push tokens.
• Chat messages and photos you sent are anonymized so the other person's conversation stays readable without your identity.

After deletion we retain only what tax, payment and dispute rules require, with your identity removed:

• Anonymized booking, order and payout records for up to 7 years (financial record-keeping).
• Anonymized dispute and safety-report records while any related case is open.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.
